Yes, I’ve worked really hard and I am very proud to be one of the only Thermi accessories stores to offer worldwide shipping to my customers.

I can't find the download link for my eBook!

If you have an account with the shop, simply go to your account page and you can access all of your downloads in the downloads tab.

An order confirmation containing your download link is automatically sent to your email once you have completed the purchase so you can access your download even if you checked out as a guest. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder before contacting me.

How long will delivery take?

If you place your order before 1pm GMT you will be lucky enough to get same day dispatch. The following delivery times are available:

✓ UK 1st Class 1-2 working days

✓ Europe 2-5 working days

✓ Rest of world 6-12 working days

What is your class cancellation policy?

All class bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, in some circumstances you can receive a partial or full refund:

  1. Cancellations confirmed to us more than seven days in advance of class starting time will receive a full refund providing that we can fill the class with someone else to fill the space.
  2. Cancellations confirmed to us between seven days to 24 hours in advance of class starting time will receive a 50% refund providing that we can find someone else to fill the space.
  3. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of class starting time or no shows will receive no refund.

Do you offer advisor discount?

Yes! I love advisors! You do such hard work to spread the Thermomix love across the world so I am here to support you and your customers. Please drop me an email confirming your advisor status with reference from your team leader and I will assist you with your discount as quickly as possible.

Can I ask you for baking advice?

Of course you can. I love helping others through their journey to becoming an artisan Thermomix baker. Please try to give me as much detail as possible about your baking adventures. Pictures, ingredients, oven temperatures, equipment and timings used really help me to understand your query better and answer it as quickly as I can.
